in most ages have died early, under the combined threats of disease, violence, and physical debility. There were one or two exceptions in each age, people who were either revered or scorned for their great age.

It is the rare grave which shows a person with no bones broken. The amazing thing is that there are people with two or more breakages which have healed before death. Many people seem to have had someone taking care of them between the time of the break and the time of the healing.
