Why did the poet doubt his walking on the first road ?​

Later on, Rober frost, the poet decides that he will choose the first one and then leave the second road for next time when he returns. But, his coming back was doubtful. He knew that it will be very tough for him to return back. This was because he knew that the roads lead to roads.
