when all the vapour rises in the sky and condense and cool down to form clouds, all the hot air of summer comes down as rain as rainy season because the amount of hot air is more causing the formation of clouds to be more.

and after summer,winter can't come suddenly.

The earth needs to be cooled down a bit to give winter in the next step.
