it is because she was 3 years elder dtm her and keeping their religion and custom in eye she opposed the marrying of milena and Einstein and did not wanted them to marry and she was more intelligent frm him therefore.........

His mother thought Mileva ,who was 3 year older than her son,was too old for him.She was also bothered by Mileva's intelligence.
