A person hetsbstuck to a high power transmission pole or line because the person touches it unknowingly and he is not wearing proper,insulated garments,helmets and shoes.This is the reason why he gets a shock.

as we know wires have their resistance our body doesn't have resistance because it is 70 percent water. here is a concept like you have two ways to go to your destination. on has more obstacles and other has very less than the first one now which way will you choose. now current starts to flows from us because we have very less resistance.
