At this time or this period of adolescence we sweat more because sweat glands become more active at this time. As we sweat more than usual acne , pimples, blackheads appear. Its a normal thing as it happens to all.
So there is no need to worry.
You can apply medical cream and powder if they are more. Otherwise there is no need✋✋

We may observe that we get acne and Pimple's during the adolescence period.

Why these pimples and acne appears?
Pimples occurs because of releasing of sebaceous/oil glands, because of their secretion we may get pimples. And acne appears due to hormonal changes.


How can we prevent Pimples and acne?
At a age of 23-24 , they disappear on their own. but to remove them before that age, we have certain creams in the markets which can be applied to prevent them. And wash your face everyday to prevent them.

Precautions to be taken when you get pimples?
Never ever scratch your pimples, if you do this they may increase and grow more reddish.
