A person with AIDS has been attacked by a virus known as HIV(human immuno deficiency)virus.This is a virus which can replicate itself as your own RNA.So when the cells with these viruses divide then your WBC cells which were fighting against diseases will not fight anymore because the virus is now controlling your WBC cells..that is the reason a person usually dies within 12-15 years after getting this virus because there is no way immunization is possible..
