why do all cells in human body have sex chromosomes?
I mean Sex chromosomes in sperm and egg cell is necessary . But why in all cells? All the remaining cells don't undergo sexual reproduction then why?
Please Explain

If all cell will perform sexual reproduction then who will perform metabolic functions like breathing,digesting etc.
