why do amoeba need change it shape and what procces is called eating of a foriegn body ?

It needs to move its body because it has to suck in the liquid it releases to feed on the thing.The process is known as decomposition.

The amoeba has a typical body structure of single cell body this structure is also helpful in its reproduction . Amoeba while engulfing a food stretches it's surface or membrane in finger like projections called pseudo podiatrist which is also called a false foot. With these projections they engulf food and other organisms . Well the process of engulfing food in amoeba is call phagocytosis.
