Ans:- Animals with double circulatory system have higher metabolic rates bcz due to double circulatory system there is no chance of mixing of O2 with CO2 .and only oxygen will reach to the every parts of the body .as double circulatory system is in only those who have 4 chambered heart .so there is partition .
