They have to wear such special suits to control their blood pressure . As well as they have certain devices in it which enable them to communicate and many other features of the suits enable them to be used for space excrusion

They have to wear some special suits so that they can breathe evenly in space.
Also , there is no air and hence no air pressure in space and hence there is no force to oppose the air pressure within our body. The spacesuits do this job by providing an effective amount of air within the suit. If this wasn't provided , we would have exploded the moment we had stepped into outer space.

For your kind info:In cartoons it is shown that eating a special kind of medicine enables us to breathe in space without having any spacesuit , but this is never to happen in real live.(Dont write this in your copy)
