Everything in this universe wants to be neutral ! Even, the universe itself. A charged particle gradually loses its energy to attain neutral state where it can live a happy and undisturbed life ( not literally but metaphorically) Hope this helps !

in my view, charge particles radiate energy because they have charged particles in which protons are present for that reason they radiate energy.
