why do conflicts take place? Why and how are they resolved?

On a personal level, conflict can take place when one individual thinks that he or she can tell another person what to do , but the other person refuses to follow his/ her instruction . Conflicts may occur due to the nature of the work involved so that for one person or group to 'succeed ' , another group has to 'fail ' .

They can be resolved by :-

  • By Taking disciplinary action
  • By paying attention to each others concerns
