why do cooper and chromium have a special configuration???

kirubb: half filled and completely filled orbitals are more stable than partially filled.Copper and chromium should be partially filled according to Hund's rule. but as it is not stable it attains special configuration and becomes half filled.
littlerose: that's not the reason..............
vasaviemmy: really so u were wrong
