Actually concentrated acids are more acidic in nature. The level of acidity or the pH is related to the concentration of H+ ions. So the more concentrated the acid, the more acidic the solution as their will be more H+ ions in the solution. Remember the acidity of a solution is determined by its H+ ion concentration.
