the educated parents invest more in their children's education and health as they know very well that if the health is not good the person in future can do anything for country ,they will be called liability for the country as they are not going to be able to do something and become a burden on others.And they provide education as if we donot have knowledge we cannot do anything.This they know as they are educated and know the profit of it.

Because they expect more from there children. And they want that their children settled in their life do good jobs so they can fulfil the requirement of their family. They don't want to do farming and they did not rome here and there in search of food or they are begging from someone for their family.
