The Eskimos live in igloos, as they act as a wall to the air's high pressure. They trap air, an bad conductor of heat, thus the heat inside wont be lost. Eskimos stay in there igloos, their body heat warms u the air inside the igloos and the air inside becomes warmer than the air outside.

No corners to catch the wind or flying debris And snow is actually a rather good insulator, it traps a lot of air. A well-built igloo will easily warm up to just below freezing, which can be considerably warmer than outside
