why do gases nearly always tend to be less soluble in liquid as the temperature is raised?

Because at raised temperature the density of gases increases and solubility becomes lesser as compared to density at normal temperature

As the temperature raises ,the gas particles get energy and come in motion.So their solubility in particles of liquid become lesser
