Why do gasses exerts more pressure on the wall of the container than solid and liquid

Because gases dont have definate volume so its vol. May increase or decrease according to container or vessel the particles of gases do continous movement and constant bombartment on the vessels walls which leads to the pressure known as gas pressure neither liquid nor solid shows this property hope this help u

In a gaseous state particles move about randomly at very high speed Due to this particles hit each other and also the walls of container the particles of solid don't move and particles of liquid move at low speed as compared to the the particles of gasses
