Heya !!

here is your answer !!!!

when HCL and HnO3 dissolved in aqua solution then there is release of H + ion.

due to dissociation of h + ions in water there is shown of acidic behaviour.

but in the case of alcohol ( Ch3COOH ) and glucose ( C6H12 O6 )

there is no dissociation of h + ions in water so they does not conduct electricity or they does not show acidic property.

so in simple way:-

due to lack of H + iron in glucose and alcohol does not show acidic character in aqua solution

because they are H + Ion doesn't get dissociated

hope it helps you dear !!!

thanks !!!

The acidic properties of an acid are due to the presence of hydronium ions present in that acid when added to water.

When HCl and HNO3 are added to water, they form hydronium ions and their respective anions.
These hydronium ions are responsible for the acidic properties.
The reaction is as follows.
HCl + H2O → H3O+   +   Cl-
HNO3 + H2O → H3O+  +  NO3-

When alcohol and glucose are added to water they do not form these hydronium ions.
The reactions are as follows.
C6H12O6 + 3 H2O = 3 C2H5OH + 3 O2
(glucose)

C2H5OH + 3 H2O = 2 CO2 + 6 H2

They do not form hydronium ions like HCl and HNO3. So, they do not show any acidic properties and character.

Hope my answer helps you.
