Why do i feel like electricity is running through my body?

Anytime you analyze an effect, you start with the question of "Is it localized or systemic?" Do you feel it through your whole body or are you stimulating each area separately, but all at once, like jumping into cold water. In this case, there's no overall change in stimulus, like jumping into cold water.
So we need to look at where the nerves all come together. A stimulus at that point would affect your whole body. Your nerves all come to your spinal cord at different points, so we to keep going upward toward your brain. Somewhere in the brainstem or medulla oblongata, the nerves come together for an autonomic response, like your immediate response from touching something hot which doesn't require any further cognitive response, other than to get a Band-Aid. From there the electrical information from the nerves goes deeper into the brain for identification and cognitive response.
Different nerves can be stimulated by pressure, temperature, electricity or chemicals including blocking of impulses like Novocaine. Once the information gets to the higher cognitive functions it's called "perception" and meaning is attached.
That gives you two points to examine. The first is the physical point where all of the nerves come together. The second is the area of perception where the brain may be creating something that isn't nerve stimulus based, but is creating it's own perception which you accept as real, kind of like The Matrix.
Anytime a sensory reaction cannot be sustained indefinitely, that means that the energy causing the feeling is being depleted. In the brain, the choice is electrical or chemical. If it were random, it would be more like an epileptic seizure which looks like a lightening storm on a brain scan. The result is generalized and involuntary muscle spasms. That is not your situation.
Here we come to the point where a lack of data stops us. A neurologist can search historical data for similar cases that may have a name. It may also be that because the situation is not life-threatening, studies have not been done (because the pharmaceutical companies can't sell enough med's to pay for a study).
This is the kind of thing that you could take to a research/teaching hospital that might be attached to a university like the Mao Clinic or Johns Hopkins (You might even contact the script consultants for House M.D.).
Because you have unique, but seemingly non-life threatening situation, you will have to get someone's attention who wants to take this on as a challenge. In physics, Richard Feynman was this sort of person. Because the process is traditionally done by using expensive resources to rule out possibilities, it will be hard to find the right person to approach this scientifically. The good news is that the syndrome is repeatable so it lends itself to credible study. Some M.D. could get a PhD from your study.
Document as much as you can in clear, written format that can be understood by someone in 15 seconds of reading. You can have further data available, but this becomes your introductory statement, so that a scientist can give you a quick go/no-go response and point you toward someone they know who might take an interest. Expect a long and interesting search.
You feel like ur body is just electrified. It may also give u sharp treamor or vibration. This happens mostly without giving warning. Mostly this happen due to some of the nuoron based cells which show electrical property.
Hope this helps u
