Because the living organism eat fleshy things so it have low pH range to be digest the food easily by acid

Living organisms can survive only in a narrow range of pH change. The change in pH leads to irregular biological processes like indigestion, stomach pain etc. Hence all living organisms must maintain a narrow pH range.
