If we had one single time zone for Earth, noon would be the middle of the day in some places, but it would be morning, evening, and the middle of the night in others. Since different parts of Earth enter and exit daylight at different times, we need different time zones. ... Each time zone is 15 degrees of longitude wide.

- So that no buddy feel any type of confusion in the time of whole India.
- Because in some places the sun rises first like in arunachal Pradesh, then in the mid of the India and after that in Gujarat.
- So maintain the timing of whole India or we can say that in each and every state..
Hope it helped you...
