most meteors are not able to reach earth because when they enter earth's atmosphere they face huge amount of heat due to friction which burns then out before they reach earth so most don't reach Earth whereas the one which reach earth don't burn

because when they reach the atmosphere of the earth their speed increases because of gravity of the earth which heats up the surface of meteors and get dissolve or get vanished and hence does not reach the earth's surface.
