Hii friend,

In high altitudes the atmospheric pressure is very less. The blood vessels in our body, have the pressure adjusted to the atmospheric pressure, when you are on ground. So, in high altitudes, the blood pressure exceeds the limit. Thus the blood vessels rupture, which in-turn results in nose bleed.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU :)

This is because at high altitudes the amount of oxygen is less which makes the air thin and dry from which climate of our nose also get dries which results to make the nose vessels expose in our nose and our nose starts to bleed.
