because during a long run we cannot accept oxygen in proper way so there is deficiency of oxygen in our blood which results in cramp of muscle

cramps are caused due to exercise irregular from daily routine. Overuse of a muscle, dehydration, muscle strain or simply holding a position for a prolonged period can cause a muscle cramp.
we can get relief from them by hot water bath and Dipping feet in salty hot water.
