Hi friend,

We see that after a period of time naphthalene balls disappear and also doesn't leave any solid.

Why is it so?

=>Naphthalene balls disappear because of the process of Sublimation at room temperature (a process by with solid directly changes to gas without going through the intermediate state of matter, liquid is called as Sublimation). So as it goes through Sublimation, the naphthalene balls is converted to gas from solid.

I hope this much helped u.
