Why do noble gas have bigger atomic size tha halogens?

The atomic radii of noble gases are larger than of halogens even though atomic radii decreases down the group because -
-The number of electrons in the same is larger in case of noble gassed as compared to halogens.
-They have filled outer shells which lead to repulsion between the electrons if the size decreases.
