hey dearie...here is your answer...
As we know Stars are very very far away from us as compared to planets...So the light coming from the stars fades and rebrights again due to refraction when passing through different media and they appears to twinkle...But Planets are nearer to the earth than the stars so their light travels straight to us and they didn't appear to twinkle....
