our body cell require oxygen because they burn the energy to produce carbon dioxide and water if this energy would be burnt without oxygen then it would produce lactic acid carbon dioxide and water which would lead to muscle cramps in our body this lead huge pain in our body so oxygen is required in the cell of a living body

Your body cells have so many mitochondria which ower houses of the cells it involves in the respiration of cell so your body needs oxygen
