The faster that molecules move, the higher the temperature. So the friction of rubbing your hands together makes them feel warmer.

Because when we rub our hands one upon one some heat is produced which is known as friction. And not only our hands but I'd we rub any two things one upon one friction causes and though the things becomes warm .
