Why do passengers in a bus tend to fall backward when it starts suddenly .

when. a bus is not about to start ,our body is in the rest at that time and bus is in the rest also but when it start suddenly bus came to motion and our body is in rest , and upper portion of body come to rest but lower portion of body is in motion so we fall backward when it starts suddenly
