People do various work as their capability and talent differ. Every person has a different passion, aim or goal depending on their need or calibre.

• Some people work to earn a living whereas some work for passion. A person good at something might not excel at something else and hence it differs from person to person.

Example:

A person who's good at painting would love to pursue it as his profession. Again a person good at accounts would prefer to be an accountant.

Sometimes, people follow their passion whereas some don't but the mindset of every person differs and hence their work.
