Well !!!
The humans and every thing works on the law of attraction in this universe . And everybody interdependent on each others .
So when someone new arrived anywhere by migrating or due to some reasons . Most people try to befriend them . but a few have the ability to go and talk with them . Some the people have fear how is these new comers ? , So try to avoid them . But good people living in there neighborhood . helps them to understand this place and help them to be familiar here .
sometimes the Neighborhood relation become so interactive that the two families live like they are real brothers and sister . Both they help each other in there problems . Stand with them . Celebrate together and many more .
But the first thing that mostly come in any persons mind is that why don't He/She talk with me first why i'll do that . And the gap between them increases .
Hope it helps :)
