Why do people not bargain in shopping malls ?

shopkeepers at shopping centre are well trained and clearly declines for bargaining. shopkeepers at other places bargain bcz they don't have any other way other than it they are compelled to bargain for selling their commodities. shopkeepers at shopping centre have much of thier salary and don't need to bargain.

➡People doesn't bargain in shopping malls because I'm malls cost of the items is fixed but in market the item cost is told by the shopkeeper which is the double of the mrp.⬅
