Why do people of nepal need a constitution

❤-The people of Nepal want a new constitution because ideals of the people had change as the country head moved from a monarchy to democracy. The previous constitution which was adopted in 1990, stated that final authority restaurant the king. The people of Nepal fought for democratic government for many years.
