People often refrain from reporting crime because they feel that it is very stressful to go to the police and report a crime. They will be called to the police station regarding the case again and again which very really consume their lot of time inspite of having other work in their daily life. Many at time the judiciary do take a lot of time go take a decision for a certain case which becomes hesistant for the people.
