why do people tend to behave in such a way according to the behavior of the next person, like if a person is bad we behave bad to him and if we have friend with good habit we tend to behave good(THINK PRACTICALLY AND ANSWER)

Human being are most special creators of god
and it is always effected by its surrounding..
as if one is living in a bad surrounding he / she will accumlate to adopt the bad habits too
in same way if one is living in a good surrounding then he / she will accumlate to adopt it too.
so it is humans nature and tedency to adopt the things and behaviour from the society and surrounding....
if we talk about talking to people then human talk with people as per his / her behaviour and tone of talking...
a person with bad words will get bad words from people too
and
people talking in a well manner will get response in a very descent way.......

That is just human nature. We tend to be good to the people who were good to us. The saying treat others the way you want to be treated holds true here. I am telling from my experience. Also there are people who are good to everyone. Going a into a little of philosophical thinking, everyone gives out vibes that others can feel also called aura. These vibes or aura communicate with the other person's aura or vibes. If the other person is not of firm character then he tends to fall in with that aura or vibe and either make friends with that person or do exactly what the first person does to him
