why do people use earthen pots for cooking water

Cooking in a clay pot is much better than cooking in a normal utensil, not just for its various health benefits, but also makes it much simpler to cookand improves the quality of the food at the end. The porosity and natural insulation properties of clay causes heat and moisture to circulate throughout clay pots

LOL is water cooked it might be that water is stored in earth in points because earth pot has small pores that allows water to seep through it and the water comes on the exterior surface of the pot now by the process of evaporation the water evaporates and hence make the surface cool now the heat from water is transferred to the exterior of the earth the process continues and hence water becomes cool
