Why do plants and animals have different types of mirestamatic tissue ? Give 3 points to justify your answer .

The stem cells in animals or humans are considered to have the same function performed by the meristematic cells in plants. These meristematic cells are undifferentiated cells and are cable of continued cell division which is the same function performed by the stem cells
