The representatives are generally selected for a fixed period of time i.e.5 years.If the members are selected for the whole life then the representative will became dictator as they are selected for whole life so they can do whatever they want and they can also suppress the people who raise the voice against them and they also don't focus on development as the members do development so that people elected them in next election but here the people are selected for whole life. Hence,it is neCessary to elect people after fixed time.
