why do sky appear blue. justify your answer​

Sunlight is made up of seven colours- red, yellow, orange, green, blue, violet and indigo . normally we do not see these colours, but when sunlight hits the earth's atmosphere, it splits into its colours. The blue colour breaks off from the rest and gets scattered in the sky. otherwise the sky has no colour
