The atmospheric pressure in the plains is higher than that in higher altitudes. As we go up the atmospheric pressure is starts decreasing. The blood comes out of the holes like nose, mouth because of decrease in pressure outside as compared to inside.

Liquid travels from higher pressure to lower pressure. It is one of the characters of liquid. Due to the decrease of pressure in higher altitude the blood comes out of the body through different holes because the blood pressure inside the human body is much higher than the atmospheric pressure outside it in altitude.
