Explanation:

The stars twinkle in the night sky because of the effects of our atmosphere. When starlight enters our atmosphere it is affected by winds in the atmosphere and by areas with different temperatures and densities. This causes the light from the star totwinkle when seen from the ground.

Explanation:

Twinkling of stars is a phenomeno which take splace due the variation in the atmospheric densities of several layers of earth's atmosphere eventually leading to change in the amount. Of refraction of the light rays

Similarly the rays coming from planets which are majorly large in size than stars undergoes such deviation in their parh of light howevr as they are big they can be considered as numerous stars or smaller light sources being collected together

Therefore any change in their direction of light in their way from the source to the eye of an individual averages up to 0 or nullifies resulting in no twinkling of the planets

Hope this helps you
