the subcutaneous blood vessels bulges out on the other way from the heart when the hand is tied because the blood has to flow to all body parts and when the hand is tied the blood flow stops only in the hand but it flows all over the body. as the nerves have to pass the blood to all other parts of the body the blood vessels bulges on the side way from the heart when the hand is tied.
