HERE IS THE ANSWER

In Northern Ireland,class and religion overlapps with each other.Catholics tend to be poor and have been suffered from discrimination,while protestants were rich and educated.

In Netherlands,class and religion tends to cross-cut each other and both groups are equally like to be rich and poor.

Thus there was deep social division in Northern Ireland and they had a conflict but not in Netherlands.
