OK cool I tried wait
in India there is three part three tier system like it means central government then state government ,local government it is because India is a big county.
but in China there is a single system
after the decentralization of Central Government State Government were formed because to reduce the cases and India is a big country because of that girl Government of India make 14 Tarik ko government that is local government to reduce the problem conflict it is because 2 4 smooth functioning of our country no problem can face the government to take decision
