Why do think the court can’t act on its own

Court is a temple where disputes are listened, framed and resolved and has to go to this temple and make their disputes heard and prove the genuineness of their grievance and trouble to get the required matter resolved in their favor.

Court cannot act on its own because court is a temple of law and “law is blind” .

Bind person or a ‘court of law’ cannot [decide or act on its own] and needs to be guided via evidence, arguments and plaint.

Hence a court can not act on its own
