yes, every vehicle's tyres burst out during summer this is because of extremely hot weather and even sometimes the roads are melting,and the vehicle's tyres are rotating every single second so they should be so much hot, there is also friction between tyres and roads therefore they burst out...

according to charles law, at constant pressure when the temperature increases, volume also increases. in summer periods , the temperature increases, this will increase the volume of the tyres and it will burst .
Roads are black and this will increase the possibility. Because black will absorb more heat. This will heat up the roads. This can cause the tyres to heat up quickly increasing the possibility to burst out. Friction too is a major cause. Because of this friction caused by continuous rotation of tyres , major part of it will be lost . This will decrease the thickness of the tyres making it easy to burst
