BECAUSE THEY EMIT THEIR OWN LIGHT .THEY MOSTLY CONSITS HYDROGEN GAS.THE HEAT AND LIGHT OF BOTH ARE PRODUCED BY THE NUCLEAR FUSION,REACTIONS TAKING PLACE INSIDE THEM ALL THE TIME.
